Lead Game Designer - War planet online

From February 2023 until now

Managing the Design team of the popular War Planet Online, a MMO RTS that exceeded 10M+ downloads on the Play store. 

My main goal is to coordinate the team so we deliver high quality design and innovative mechanics for each update of the game.

Game Designer - Heroes of the dark

From January 2019 until February 2023

​

I started working on the concept phase of Heroes of the Dark, a MMO RTS for mobile with a lot of RPG elements. Players have to arrange their squad of creature of the night (Vampires, Werewolves and Victorian era-like Humans) in order to conquer the world of Tenebris. My role was to design the system of Heroes and their progressions, building the World, its points of interests and all the rules. Of course I also had to implement all the mechanics and systems that I designed!

 

The project was documented with Confluence, an amazing tools to keep the documents up to date.

From August 2016 to February 2017 in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam)

 

I integrated the HTLM 5 Creation Team of the studio. My first mission was to redact several Game Design reports about the previous games made by the team.

Then the biggest mission was that I was responsible for the project Snake for the new Nokia 3310 following Nokia's needs to redesign this mythic game. I was one of the guarantor of the creative vision all along the production from the begining to the end. Responsible for the implementation of Level Design and Game Design. 

Then, I was in charge of prototyping the game and fix the bugs with Construct II. 

To finish at the end of the production, I had to organize playtests sessions and report each feedback.

From August 2015 to October 2015 in Seaven Studio (Tourcoing)

 

Seaven Studio is an independent game developer that already made 2 games: Ethan Meteor Hunter and Inside My Radio a musical platformer game (rewarded a lot for the sound of the game : Ping Awards and Honorable Mention in Excellence Audio at IGF). 

The goal of my internship was to report bugs of the next generation consoles versions of Inside My Radio. I was working directly with the Technical Director of the Studio. 

 

Inside My Radio is a platformer musical game where every action made by the player (except moving) has to be in the tempo of the music.
